Mike Marks, Chief Roboticist and Robot Wrangler for TSC Robotics, co-presented at and facilitated a workshop titled “Bridging Young and Old with Creative Robotics” in partnership with Jason Innes, Manager of Training and Curriculum Development for KinderLab Robotics, at the MCOA annual conference. This informative and dynamic workshop session captivated and engaged the senior center directors and activity coordinators at this annual event for senior center professionals from around the Commonwealth.  Participants not only gained a working knowledge about how robots work and can be easily programmed without a computer using KIBO kits from KinderLab, but also came away with ideas about how to use these devices as part of their programming for the senior populations they serve in their local communities.  Participants and presenters found this session to be a very stimulating and rewarding one, indeed!
